Our Opt-In Process is a multi-staged progression in which all aspects of a registrant’s data is collected and fully confirmed.  Data is primarily collected through online forms and surveys via a multitude of formats.  In Stage One, the registrant signs up for information and supplies us with professional contact data.  Stage Two, Files are scrubbed to remove undeliverables.   Information is confirmed for deliverability. Stage Three, Information is overlaid to an Insurance Claims Physician database where the information is verified by last name, first name, birth month, birth year, and state.  Stage Four, Opt-in email files are custom created for each client’s specific goals.
